See Taylor Swift’s $40K Per Month West Village Rental

After a very public breakup with Calvin Harris, Taylor Swift seems to be doing just fine! While her Tribeca penthouse undergoes a $535,000 renovation, the Shake It Off singer has moved into a massive townhouse in the West Village for $40,000 a month, and it’s got major Style.
The five-story home at 23 Cornelia Street boasts two master bedrooms, a two-story patio, a private garage and an indoor swimming pool. Click through to see the fully furnished space that’s hosting the newly single Taylor Swift, and no doubt her famous girl squad.

Originally built as a carriage house in 1912, the building has been transformed into a strip of modern townhouses.

The traditional design of this living room offers a cozy and inviting feel.

The great room mimics a gallery with large pieces of art displayed throughout, as well as a grand glass chandelier that acts as a conversation piece.

Off the great room is a large indoor pool where we’re sure Taylor will host pool parties. We suspect swan floats will be involved.

Can you imagine the fun baking parties that will take place in the kitchen? Perhaps even a batch or two of T.Swift’s bestie and supermodel Karlie Kloss’s Perfect 10 Kookies that benefit FEED Project will be made.

A formal dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows, where a collection of potted plants add greenery to the moody palette.

A wall of black subway tile that peeks into the kitchen creates a standout backdrop for dining.

The grand master bedroom has a moody palette with black velvet curtains and vintage accents, like an old suitcase at the foot of the bed and a chandelier with fairytale charm.

The second master bedroom is more bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to a terrace.

Dark walnut complements the extensive use of marble in the master bathroom.

A simple standalone tub is surrounded by intricate marble tile, creating a serene vibe for bubble baths.
