See Zayn Malik’s $10.7M Bachelor Pad In NYC

Singer Zayn Malik, who recently split with supermodel Gigi Hadid, splurged on a stunning loft-style space in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood for a whopping $10.7 million.
The brick-and-beam penthouse is located in a former silk showroom built in 1877, which was converted into high-end condos in 2016. Click through to take a peek inside the former One Direction member’s luxurious new bachelor pad.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom space is one of three penthouses in the building.

At 3,597 square feet, the penthouse features original exposed brick ceilings and oversized windows, creating a loft-like feel.

Cast iron and wood columns act as dividers between sitting areas in the open-concept layout of the main living space.

While the penthouse primarily has an industrial look, modern elements can be found in the sleek all-white kitchen, which comes complete with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The bright principal bedroom has two closets and a stylish ensuite.

The master bathroom features marble floors, floor-to-ceiling storage and a glass-faced shower lined with subway tiles.

The second and third bedrooms are comfortably proportioned with ensuite bathrooms and large windows.

Here’s another one of the four bedrooms.

The design of the bathrooms are kept in sync with one another.

A custom steel staircase leads to the terrace.

Nothing says luxury in New York like a 1,061-square-foot private terrace.
