Tour Selena Gomez’s Light & Airy Encino Estate
International pop star Selena Gomez just snatched up a $4.9 million mansion tucked away in the middle of Encino in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley. The spacious 11,483-square-foot home was originally custom-built in 1989 by the late singer Tom Petty, after an arsonist set fire to the original Tudor-style mansion. With six bedrooms and ten bathrooms, the “Rare” singer’s new abode has since been re-built by previous owners and boasts high-ceilings, plenty of natural light and a dreamy outdoor entertaining area (there’s even a yoga studio and at-home spa)!
