After previously renting out her West Hollywood home for $15,000 a month, Sandra Bullock has now decided to part ways with the 3,153-square-foot space that she’s owned since 2001. Built in 1942, the bungalow-style house is listed for $2.995 million and has a cool mid-century vibe.
