Tour Hugh Jackman’s $40 Million Condo In NYC
Hugh Jackman is saying goodbye to his ultramodern abode in New York. The stage and screen actor, currently starring in The Music Man on Broadway, has listed a triplex condo for $39.8 million. This building was designed by architect Richard Meier and is located in the opulent West Village neighborhood. According to Dirt, the Hollywood star and his wife have owned this lavish condo for 14 years. The sprawling three-level residence offers five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and spectacular views.

The minimalist-style design leaves the focus on the spectacular cityscape. The great room features a double height ceiling and sweeping views of the Hudson River.
A spiral staircase combines artistry with function. Full height windows wrap around most of the 11,000-sq.ft. residence.
The gourmet kitchen is designed with sleek cabinets and high-end appliances. There’s no shortage of counter space thanks to the expansive waterfall island, which doubles as a breakfast bar.
A black accent wall nicely contrasts the glossy flooring and white pillars. A wine room in the same white palette can be accessed through a sliding glass door.
A spacious dining room offers ample space for the Australian actor to wine and dine guests. Three outdoor terraces surround the area for seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining.
