Tour Rock Star Jon Bon Jovi’s $22M NYC Condo

One of singer Jon Bon Jovi’s biggest hits is Livin’ On A Prayer, but the truth is he’s much closer to living on a cloud in his Manhattan aerie. The rocker recently sold his luxury Greenwich Village townhouse (previous neighbours include Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon) for $22 million. The four-bedroom home has panoramic views of lower Manhattan and the Hudson River. The condo has a central garden and reflecting pool, residents’ lounge, dining room with chef’s kitchen, and a luxe 21-seat screening room.

An elevator opens into a private vestibule that leads into a 40-foot living room, complete with a Juliette balcony overlooking the city. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a private terrace, and the living room is adjacent to a large eat-in kitchen, making entertaining easy post-concert.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the dining area, and lead to a walk out corner balcony for stunning views of the New York skyline at night. Dark wood floors ground the light palette and add urban sophistication.

The chef’s eat-in kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero, Wolf and Miele appliances, and features custom walnut-paneled cabinetry complemented by grey marble countertops and backsplash.

This lounge area has expansive seating and a desk for catching up on emails or writing a few bars of a new song.

Wake up with sun, or pull the blinds closed after a late night. The principal bedroom suite features a walk-in closet and a windowed marble bathroom, as well as views from the south and the east. It includes a walk-in closet that’s nearly the same size as the bedroom, with plenty of room for an assortment of moto jackets.

This spa-like principal bathroom is appointed with dual vanities, a soaker tub, marble mosaic detailing, a glass-enclosed shower and radiant heated floors.
