There are endless variations on shrimp beyond the ubiquitous shrimp ring. For summer entertaining, serve up sautéed shrimp on crostinis or individual coconut shrimp on skewers. Try flavour-packed dinner ideas, too, such as pan-frying shrimp with lime and chipotle or simmering shrimp with spices and tomatoes in a Cajun gumbo stew. For casual barbecue parties, grill kebabs doused in gin, lime or pumpkinseed.
