No-Cook Recipes

If you’re strapped for time, opt for one of these easy recipes. These are great options if you’re looking to cut back on food additives and simplify your prep-time. Or fall back on this menu for those occasions when guests “pop by” because they were in the area, everyday rushed dinners, or if you’re hosting an event that won’t leave you with much time to prepare dishes beforehand. Start with an olive tapenade, follow up with an avocado salad (pictured above), fill up with a cold pasta, and finish off with a tropical fruit and coconut salad.
