Recipes From Bannock Restaurant

Toronto-based Oliver & Bonacini have opened yet another restaurant with rave reviews in tow, following Jump, Canoe, O&B Café Grill, Canteen and Luma. Bannock, located in The Bay’s Toronto flagship store, is named after the First Nations’ unleavened bread, which is served in some form with most dishes on the menu. Chef Anthony Walsh was generous enough to share a couple of Canadiana recipes with H&H. Try a split pea and ham soup for a weekend brunch, or soft sour cream doughnuts (pictured above) for dessert.
