Recipes From Very Fond Of Food

British model, cookbook author and host of the BBC’s The Delicious Miss Dahl, Sophie Dahl has published her second cookbook, Very Fond of Food (2012 Ten Speed Press). The book interweaves personal anecdotes with 100 simple recipes. Favouring natural sweeteners, minimal meat and abundant produce, the dishes are organized seasonally, making it easy to eat healthy any time of year. Try her pea, pesto and arugula soup this spring, or serve up miso black colin fish (pictured above) at a dinner party.
