St. Patrick’s Day Recipes

In Ireland, St. Patrick’s Day is a traditional feasting holiday, so celebrate with a five-course dinner party or green-coloured appetizers and drinks for a Celtic-themed cocktail party. Try these dishes with commonly used Irish ingredients like potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, barley and beef, or dishes with green spinach, asparagus and peas. This cauliflower soup (pictured above) and Gordon Ramsay’s Cottage Pie soaked in Guinness beer are perfect for a dinner party, or serve up easy potato appetizers and Baileys martinis for a festive fête.
