Teriyaki Salmon Recipe
Teriyaki Sauce
Step 1: Combine soy sauce, orange juice, zest, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer slowly until reduced by half or syrupy, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Salmon Skewers
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425ºF. Thinly slice cold salmon fillets and thread on skewers. Place skewers in baking dish and bake for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2: Remove from oven and brush with teriyaki sauce on both sides. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
