Recipe

Step 1: In stock pot, saute? leeks in olive oil until tender. Stir in chorizo, garlic and paprika.

Step 2: Add stock and simmer until chorizo is cooked through.

Step 3: Stir in cavolo nero, beans, wine and parsley.
