Reiko used hits of greenery and a few clever small space tricks to make her living room and entryway feel merry and bright. First, she hung a pine teardrop on the inside of her front door, and dressed it up with battery-operated lights and red berry sprays. For the main event – the Christmas tree – Reiko used a faux tabletop tree and propped it on a stool for extra height. Sparkly snowflakes hung at varying heights light up the window, and sprigs of seasonal greenery transform her collection of copper vessels into a holiday vignette. Reiko made her own advent calendar using paint and mini store-bought Christmas stockings and strung it across the fireplace mantel to complete the festive look.
