
Strike a luxurious note with appetizers of dark, decadent caviar, toast points and creamy clams.
Several slices bread of your choice
2 oz. caviar
Step 1: Trim crusts from bread. Slice into small wedges or squares. Lightly toast just before serving.
Step 2: Spoon small mounds of caviar onto 6 serving plates and surround with 3-4 pieces of toast each.
Note: Try serving caviar and toast inside abalone shells to evoke a sense of the sea and bring the gleam of mother-of-pearl to the table top.
