Thermador 100 Years Of Appliance Innovation Contest With House & Home – Official Rules And Regulations
1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. The Thermador 100 Years Of Appliance Innovation Contest With House & Home commences on October 11, 2016, and ends December 15, 2016, with entries submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on December 15, 2016. To enter, go online and completely fill out the entry form, including your mailing address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number, accept these contest rules, then click on the Submit button. Entrants must complete all mandatory fields on the contest entry form in order to enter for a chance to win. Limit of one (1) entry per individual per day. An entrant may only enter the Contest via the method described above.
2. CONTEST DRAW: Three (3) winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random draw conducted in Toronto, Ontario at 11:00 a.m. EST on December 20, 2016. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible online entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date.
3. PRIZE: There are three (3) prizes available to be won during the contest period. The prize will consist of one (1) Thermador Star-Sapphire™ Dishwasher (Winners can each choose between Model: DWHD651JFP, Model: DWHD651JPR and Model: DWHD651JFM). Approximate Retail Value $3,269 (including shipping $3,569). The prize will include shipping of the prize to the residence indicated on the contest entry form but will not include installation.
Delivery will be in the form of placing the products in each winner’s Garage or other external entrance; appliances cannot be delivered into home. Any damages incurred after product is delivered, is the sole responsibility of the recipient, this includes storage and installation. Installation of new appliances and removal of existing appliances or any costs or expenses associated with the prize will be the responsibility of the winners. Only the listed prize will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or exemptions will be made, it being understood and agreed, however, that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value if in the opinion of the Sponsor it becomes necessary. Other restrictions may apply. All provincial, federal and local taxes not included are the responsibility of the prize winners. Winners agree that the prize is being provided ‘as is,’ and House & Home Media makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Winners must look solely to the manufacturer(s) for any such warranties or guarantees.
Selected entrants will be notified by email or phone. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) business days, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, or fails to complete and return the required contest documents, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected. The selected entrants will be sent a declaration and release form by e-mail. In order to be declared a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question on the declaration and release form and the form must be signed and returned to House & Home Media, releasing House & Home Media and the Sponsor from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of the entrants’ participation in the Contest and receipt or use of any prize, confirming compliance with the contest rules, accepting the prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by in connection with this contest. The winners’ names may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope before December 21 2016 to: House & Home Media Contests, 511 King Street West, Suite 120, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2Z4.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority within their province of residence, excluding employees, families or affiliates (or those with whom they are domiciled) of House & Home Media and the Sponsor. The contest is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Entrants must complete all mandatory fields on the contest entry form in order to enter for a chance to win.
Neither House & Home Media nor the Sponsor assume any responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. House & Home Media and the Sponsor reserve the right, in their discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Contest, or any portion thereof, at any time and without notice or obligation if, in House & Home Media’s or Sponsor’s opinion, any factor interferes with its proper administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, House & Home Media and Sponsor reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid email account that may be identified by reverse domain name search.
Residents of Quebec: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
