You Can Rent This “13 Reasons Why” Star’s L.A. Home

There’s something keeping Kate Walsh away from her L.A. home, and we hope it’s a second season of her latest Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. Located in the Encino neighborhood, her cozy four-bedroom and four-and-a-half bathroom pad is up for rent, but it’ll cost you a cool $17,500 a month.

A red brick walkway leads to the welcoming black shiplap façade.

Inside, wood-beamed ceilings and a cozy fireplace offer a laid-back, farmhouse feel.

A renovated chef’s kitchen has an industrial vibe and boasts a large island topped with hanging pots, and brass hardware throughout.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a sitting area, perfect for keeping the chef company.

Glass doors that pivot open offer an indoor-outdoor feel to the dining room. Patterned bergerès at the head of the dining table break up the mid century modern furniture.

The master suite also has a wall of retractable doors that open onto the backyard. We definitely wouldn’t mind waking up to this view every morning!

Oh, and there’s a sitting area in the ensuite.

Did we mention it’s completely clad in marble? Talk about pure luxury.

The master suite also has its own little patio.

Neutral decor keeps the second bedroom cozy, despite the minimalist design.

In this bathroom, chalk paint on the upper half of the walls adds a quirky touch.

Here is another one of the four bedrooms.

A wooden double vanity brings warmth to this subway-tiled bathroom. Modern circular mirrors are a clever addition in front of the windows.

There’s also a spacious media room which features a wall of built-in bookshelves.

In the home office, black-framed windows are the most notable design feature.

String lights cast a dreamy glow over the backyard pool.

A patio with furniture for lounging and dining is ideal for hosting pool parties.

A huge fire pit area with plenty of room and seating invites evenings roasting s’mores.

The property also boasts a lit tennis court.
