Chrissy Teigen & John Legend Rent Contemporary Beverly Hills Home
After recently selling their $24 million “starter” home, showbiz power couple Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have leased a modern mansion in Beverly Hills as they wait to close escrow on their new dream home (we can’t wait to see it!). The 11,500-square-foot property was newly built in 2019 and features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. There’s plenty of room for their kids, Luna and Miles, and four dogs to run around and play. Designed by contemporary specialists Tag Front Architects, this home — which sits on a third-acre corner property — is elegant and minimalist.
Originally listed last year at $20 million, the mansion had a change in realtors and underwent two price drops before being taken completely off the market.
Inside, a large, open-concept living room offers ample room to kick back, and although the decor is ultra-modern, it’s still quite cozy.
Separated by a modern two-sided electric fireplace, the living room opens up to a large outdoor space.
In the evening, this gathering area transforms into an elegant hangout with mood lighting — a sanctuary for Chrissy and John once the kids go to bed.
Unlike the rest of the home, the kitchen — designed by Boffi — was kept very bright, but a dark wood island keeps the space from feeling sterile. It features a slew of luxe Gaggenau appliances.

The principal bedroom is outfitted with dual bathrooms and closets. A moody mural sits above the soaker tub to create the feeling of bathing in an enchanted forest, and glass accents keep this side of the bathroom fresh and airy.
