Jennifer Lawrence Sells Panoramic Manhattan Penthouse For $9.9M
Jennifer Lawrence’s modern Manhattan apartment is officially on the market for almost $10M! The Academy Award-winning actress took quite a loss on the Upper East Side property (she originally purchased the condo for $15.6 million), but the 12-foot ceilings and breathtaking view of the city are truly priceless. The 4,073-square-foot, full-floor penthouse features three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms — plus, a spacious exterior for entertaining and relaxing in the sun.
