JLo’s Manhattan Penthouse Is On The Market For $24.9M

The Maid In Manhattan star first listed the 10,000-square-foot Manhattan apartment about six years ago, and has listed and delisted the Madison Square Park property nearly every year since, according to Realtor.com. Though originally constructed in 1924, it was converted into four condominiums in 2013 and Jennifer’s 6,500-square-foot penthouse is described as the “crown jewel of the Whitman Mansion,” with four bedrooms, six full and two half-bathrooms, plus 3,000 square feet of outdoor space. Scroll down for a look inside!

The elevator opens into the unit’s grand room, which has 12-foot-high ceilings punctuated by skylights. French doors lead to one of four terraces to experience the sights and sounds of New York.

The kitchen has sleek flat-front lacquer cabinets and a restaurant-style shelf over the island. It’s equipped with Miele appliances and a wine fridge.

The principal suite with two bathrooms and two outdoor terraces is located upstairs. French doors fronted by white diaphanous floor-to-ceiling drapes and a tufted chaise lounge give a romantic feel.

A sculptural tub is the focal point of the principal ensuite, which has soaring floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light and a wet room.

The outdoor terraces offer views of Madison Square Park.

The terraces give the urban space a magical, serene quality, with perks such as festive lighting, a putting green and lots of comfy seating.
