Leonardo DiCaprio has been on a selling spree as of late. Just this past year alone, he put his Palm Springs vacation home up for rent, listed his Malibu beach house and has now sold his NYC apartment for $8 million. Housed in the Deepak Chopra-endorsed building in Greenwich Village, the Oscar award winning actor purchased the eco-friendly home for $10 million and reportedly received a $1 million parking spot for free. The 3,663-square-foot condo boasts three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, circadian rhythm lighting, a built-in juicing station, and vitamin C-infused showers.
