Leonardo DiCaprio Sells His NYC Apartment For $8 Million

Leonardo DiCaprio has been on a selling spree as of late. Just this past year alone, he put his Palm Springs vacation home up for rent, listed his Malibu beach house and has now sold his NYC apartment for $8 million. Housed in the Deepak Chopra-endorsed building in Greenwich Village, the Oscar award winning actor purchased the eco-friendly home for $10 million and reportedly received a $1 million parking spot for free. The 3,663-square-foot condo boasts three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, circadian rhythm lighting, a built-in juicing station, and vitamin C-infused showers. Click through to see the lavish space we wouldn’t mind living in!

The entryway has a lobby-like feel to it with 11-foot ceilings, mod furnishings and a dark color palette.

An oversized living and dining area features giant, triple-glazed windows giving the unit a loft-like aesthetic while area rugs define zones in the open-concept space.

Eco-luxe amenities like circadian rhythm lighting and bio-based insulation for optimal sound attenuation are used here.

In the contemporary kitchen, African Anigre cabinetry is accented with satin nickel hardware and white polished quartzite graces the countertops and center island. There’s also a 78-bottle wine fridge, window box herbarium, and a built-in juicer.

No celebrity home is complete without a lavish master suite. This one comes with a large dressing room/walk-in closet and an ensuite bath.

The ensuite bath is outfitted with grey onyx, radiant heated limestone floors and custom oak vanities.

There’s also a Jacuzzi Fuzion soaking tub positioned next to a reflexology path. Talk about pure luxury!

The darker palette from the entryway continues into the office space where a large rug steals the show underfoot.
