After selling their Beverly Hills home, TV personality Nicole Richie and musician Joel Madden upgraded to this luxe property just up the hill in Summit, an exclusive gated community. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home was originally built in 1987 but underwent major remodelling by SIMO Design in 2019.
