Pharrell Williams’ Sells Miami Penthouse For $9.25M

After several years on and off the market, Pharrell Williams’ Miami penthouse has finally sold for $9.25 million. Originally listed in 2012 for $16.8 million, the home saw several price reductions. In 2014, it was listed for $10.999 million, but still no takers. The Happy singer took it off the market for much of 2015 while the building was undergoing renovations, then relisted it this past winter.
The stunning 9,000-square-foot home sits at the top of the high-rise Bristol Tower in the Brickell neighborhood where much of the space is full of his pop art collection. Click through to see this penthouse’s dramatic design!

The main living space has a cathedral-esque vibe to it, complete with a Venetian plaster spiral staircase leading to a translucent dome.

Dramatic, modern pendant lights bridge the gap between the high ceilings and the home’s lower level.

A contemporary aesthetic is carried through to the dining room, where an oval-shaped table seats 12.

A large island works extra hard in this kitchen, doubling as a breakfast bar and cooking area.

The second floor balcony overlooks the entire first floor, while a modern spiral staircase leads to the third floor.

Looking up reveals a spectacular view.

An antique wood chest mimics the warm wood tone of the billiard table’s frame in Pharrell’s games room. A telescope is both a playful and sculptural addition.

Vibrant pop art lines one of the mansion’s main hallways.

The master bedroom design is kept calm, and has its own access to the terrace with serene views of the water.

A hot tub with a view? We’ll take it!

The theater is equipped for jam sessions, with multiple guitars and a keyboard in the corner.

No penthouse is complete without a rooftop hot tub surrounded by lush greenery, don’t you think?

The three-level deck boasts views of the Miami skyline, as well as the sandy beaches below.
