Creamy Bruschetta Hot Dogs Recipe

Step 1: Preheat the barbecue.
Step 2: In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, garlic, tomato, yellow pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3: Poach sausages for 3 minutes in boiling water then grill on barbecue, on all sides, for 5 minutes or until well done. Remove from heat and cut 4 incisions into each sausage without cutting through. Place each sausage in a bun and insert a slice of cheese into each incision.
Step 4: Divide topping evenly on top of sausages.
