Honey & Ginger Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, whisk pumpkin, honey and sugar in large bowl. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Whisk in whipping cream, cinnamon, ginger and salt.
Step 2: Pour pie filling into crust. Bake pie until set, about 50-60 minutes (cover edges with foil if they begin to brown too quickly). Cool and serve at room temperature with honey whipped cream.
