Smoked Salmon Quiches Recipe

For this easy cocktail party favourite, base your quantities on the number of guests expected. These also make quick and easy brunch quiches.
Ingredients

Frozen mini quiches
Smoked salmon

Directions

Step 1: Heat mini quiches according to directions on the package.

Step 2: Slice salmon into 3″ x 3″ squares, then slice each square in half to form two triangles. Twist a triangle of salmon and place on top of a cooked quiche. Repeat with remaining quiches and arrange on an olive tray or serving platter.
