Soy Smoothie Recipe

A silken tofu and banana blend provides a delicious, creamy base to any of our smoothie flavour combinations or your own experiments.

Smoothie Base
1/2 cup (4 oz.) silken or “dessert” tofu
1 banana
1/2 cup plain or vanilla soy milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
3-4 ice cubes

Smoothie Flavour Combinations

Mixed Berry
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
4 strawberries, stemmed

Peaches and Cream
1/2 cup fresh or frozen peaches
Substitute soy milk for orange juice

Protein Punch
2 tbsp natural unsalted peanut butter
3 pitted dates, chopped


Step 1: Place all ingredients with one of the combinations below in a blender and blend until smooth.
