Spring Morel & Pea Sauté Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and cook 3 minutes or until softened.

Step 2: Add morels and wild mushrooms and cook 4 minutes or until softened. Add peas and mint leaves and cook another 3 minutes or until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
