Sweet Pickled Radishes Recipe

Step 1: Place radish slices in a small jar.
Step 2: Combine vinegar, sugar or honey and salt in small pot and bring to a boil. Pour mixture over sliced radishes. Cover partially until cooled to room temperature then cover completely and chill 12-24 hours. These pickles will keep for up to five days, covered, in the refrigerator.
