Watermelon Radish Salad Recipe

Add colour to your plate with this simple summer salad.


1 large watermelon radish, thinly sliced by hand or with a mandolin.
2 peeled oranges, sliced into 1/4″ rounds
½ red onion, sliced into thin rings
2 sprigs of mint, cut in chiffonade
2 scallions, chopped
Olive oil


Step 1: Layer ingredients on a platter. Chop some watermelon into matchsticks for garnish.

Step 2: Dress with olive oil and salt.
