Summer Sides Menu
From spring to fall, dining outside brings an appetite for fresh, seasonal vegetables and easy-to-eat dishes. Appetizing ingredients like apples, beets, legumes and asparagus make these recipes hard to pass up. Whip up one of these sides to bring to a potluck barbecue or make all five if you’re hosting a group in your backyard or at the cottage.
