Cherry Blossom Cocktail Recipe

A Japanese drink with sake and champagne.
Ingredients

2 oz. sake
1/2 tsp umeshu
1 tsp lemon juice
Champagne
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions

Step 1: Stir sake, umeshu and lemon juice in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a champagne flute.

Step 2: Top with champagne and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
