Celebrate Spring With Trish Magwood’s Delicious Recipes
Updated on April 11, 2023

For chef and cookbook author Trish Magwood, the weekend is a great reason for her kids to treat her to some of her own best-recipes. Trish’s perfect Sunday would start with an omelette made by her son, Fin. Flatbread pizza and a shaved spring salad may appear at lunchtime, and dinner might revolve around her recipe for chicken with Middle Eastern flavors. Hopefully, daughters Olivia and Charlotte would whip up a batch of their favorite salted fudge for dessert. As seen in her cookbook My New Table, Trish’s brand of cooking is always fresh, farm-to-table-style dishes that rely on seasonal ingredients and simple cooking techniques. Like Trish always says, “I have a boot on the farm, and a shoe in the city.”
