Jennifer Lopez Buys $28M Mansion With A Private Beach
Jennifer Lopez’s latest real estate purchase has got to be her grandest yet! “Jenny from the block” dropped $28 million on an extravagant Bel Air estate from actress Sela Ward — down considerably from the original $39.995 million asking price.
The eight-acre spread includes a swimming pool, guest house, art studio, amphitheater, vineyard and, yes, a private beach. While J.Lo is still trying to sell her Hidden Hills mansion, the songstress sure has an eye for picking the most stunning properties. The grand 13,000 square-foot house was originally built in 1940, but was since renovated by Sela and her husband.
The great room’s indoor-outdoor design makes it a hub for entertaining, featuring elegant furnishings, a show-stopping chandelier and a grand piano.
