Maximize Natural Light
Connection with nature and the outside world is extremely beneficial for your mental health. There’s a reason you feel so much better when you take a break from emails and go for a walk around the neighborhood. By maximizing exposure to natural light indoors, like repositioning work spaces near large windows, you’ll notice how much more productive and happier you feel.
