What Sets It Apart: Designer Rosie Daykin turned to the whimsical British style of eclectic, highly personal decorating when updating her beloved 3,000-square-foot ranch house where she and Paul have lived for 14 years. The soft palette moves effortlessly throughout the open-concept home, and outside, you’ll find pretty herb gardens and Rosie’s chickens.

A wall of glass separating the dining room from the deck, which is where family and friends enjoy the ocean, mountain and forest backdrop with textural elements — by way of a jute rug, wooden table and wicker pendants.

The Homeowner: Carlee Keeler, Will Mulqueeney and their daughters, Lou and Liv
What Sets It Apart: Rarely has a bungalow looked so cool. Designer Brian McCourt and Michayla Caughlin opened the attic up and exposed the wood rafters, removed walls and enlarged windows to turn a boxy 60s bungalow into a bright, sun-filled open concept space perfect for a young family.
