Inside Michelle Pfeiffer’s New $22M Pacific Palisades Villa
Actress Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, TV producer/writer David E. Kelley, have just settled into their brand new $22.3 million home in Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades neighborhood. Since the deal was confirmed off-the-market, specific details remain somewhat hush hush, but here’s what we know. The stunning Old World-inspired home was designed by Steve Giannetti, one of L.A.’s most renowned architects. He specializes in classical-style mansions that offer a modern twist. It’s hard to believe this stunning entrance isn’t a château in Southern France!
The open-concept kitchen is outfitted with light wood cabinets and marble countertops. The large space is perfect for cooking large meals and entertaining guests, while overlooking the sweeping views of the city.
Another angle of the kitchen shows a secondary wood island with bar seating for more casual, everyday meals.
A spacious living room decked in muted tones is a picture of serenity and class. Rustic wooden beams adds a touch of farmhouse flair.
Disappearing pocket doors are the perfect way to blur the lines between the indoor and outdoor living. On warmer days, this feature is great for easy access to the pool and allowing a nice breeze to flow throughout the space.
A hotel-like great room boasts striking views of the Riviera neighborhood and has ample seating to choose from.
