Designers Nate Berkus & Jeremiah Brent List Their Most Recent Flip!

Celebrity designers Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are set to unload another property – they sold their NYC penthouse just last December. After buying it in 2015 for $2.36 million, their latest home project is now on the market for $2.995 million, and yes — it’s infinitely more stylish than when they first bought it.
Located in Hollywood Hills, the 1920s Spanish Revival house is perched right above the Sunset Strip and boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a stunning outdoor pool and patio. Click through to see the home fit for an A-lister.

Tucked behind hedges and gates, the 3,643-square-foot home is surrounded by lush greenery.

White-painted walls and ceilings, light wood floors and contemporary fixtures offer an airy feel to the home.

Various wood stains bring interest and depth to the predominantly neutral palette.

A more intimate seating area has a beachy vibe with a burlap rug and nautical prints.

Nate and Jeremiah replaced the dated tile in the kitchen with hardwood flooring. White cabinetry, granite countertops and geometric bar stools offer a modern look.

Built-in bookshelves showcase decor pieces, adding a hit of personality to the all-white space.

Panelled ceilings painted white, bamboo blinds and a wooden chair exude a breezy vibe in this living room.

An all-white bedroom is calm and serene with a textured lamp and knitted throw pillows.

The master suite opens to a private patio with surrounding city views.

The tiles here have a vintage look to them and completely steal the show in this galley bathroom.

Minimalism is at its finest in the home office where a large desk and chair are surrounded by open space.

Much like the house, the patio is kept minimal with a relaxed vibe featuring bamboo seating and lounge chairs.

Accented with overgrown greenery, the pergola to the left makes for a lovely walkway.

A large lit pool is done in Saltillo tile, making it the perfect spot to take a late night dip.
