Nate Berkus & Jeremiah Brent’s $10M Manhattan Penthouse

Celebrity designers and life partners Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent sold their New York City duplex penthouse that they listed in December 2015. Real estate gold such as this comes at a high price – $10 million, to be exact.
The 2,800-square-foot residence is located on the 14th and 15th floors of a pre-war co-op building in Greenwich Village. Renovated and decorated by the couple themselves, the space features three bedrooms, three baths, a chef’s kitchen and a picturesque nursery for their daughter, Poppy.
Nate and Jeremiah purchased a 1920s Spanish Revival–style house in Los Angeles for $2.36 million as their new home. We’re excited to see how the couple will design the Sunset Strip space but until then, click through the “townhouse in the sky” that has recently made our lust list.

The light-filled foyer sets the tone for the rest of the space. The neutral, refined palette found here is carried throughout the rest of the home.

The living room features open city views, plus a fireplace with custom moldings.

Flanked by two glass terrace doors, the dining room sits next to the chef’s kitchen, which can be closed off for a more formal setting.

The kitchen is equipped with an eight-burner hooded range and butcher block and marble counter tops. Domed skylight windows offer lots of natural light, which is rare for a New York space.

The spacious master suite boasts a fireplace, tons of texture, and a dressing room larger than most bedrooms.

Luxurious fixtures in the master bath include dual sinks and a freestanding cast iron tub.

A wrought iron staircase leads to the private living quarters below.

The large family room has a darker color palette and is complete with a fireplace and a second powder room.

A terrace wraps around the residence for city views like no other.
