Rent Rihanna’s Hollywood Hills Pad For $35K/Month

This Hollywood Hills home may have lost some shine for Rihanna, who tried to sell it for $7.5 million after a bold intruder broke in and stayed for 12 hours (the trespasser charged his phone, unpacked and spent the night before being arrested) in the spring of 2018. Located at the base of Nichols Canyon, the 7,130 square-foot Mediterranean/Craftsman mashup proves it’s still a photogenic perch despite the unwanted attention. Now it’s available to rent for $35,000 (USD)/per month.

A unique Craftsman-meets-Mediterranean hybrid, this home features high ceilings, arched doorways, glitzy light fixtures and steel-framed windows and doors. The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house is spread across a triple-story main house, with a separate guesthouse atop a detached two-car garage.

The villa is entered through a spacious foyer that’s designed to dazzle with a geometric inlaid stone tile floor and an Art Deco-inspired staircase railing. A shimmering pair of vintage brass chandeliers amps up the wow factor.

There’s a cozy stone fireplace in the living room, but this space has a touch of glamour. The tray ceiling is embellished with convex ceiling mouldings for interest, and a glossy black piano is strategically positioned for the musically inclined that’s no doubt a nod to Rihanna’s vocal roots.

Tall, slender arched steel windows flood the formal dining room with light and give the space a Mediterranean flair. Rustic faux-wood beams are accented by LED backlighting to enhance the architectural detail, but it’s the tree house view that really commands attention.

A bespoke, eat-in cook’s kitchen is loaded with drama, thanks to the dark, textured wood cabinetry and striated grey stone countertops. A large T-shaped waterfall island comfortably seats four for casual meals.

The celeb-worthy principal suite is equipped with a fireplace and steel-trimmed French doors that lead out to a private, wrap-around balcony.

A private sitting room in the bedroom is outfitted with a comfy sofas and tub chairs, making it the perfect spot to unwind at the end of a long day running her companies Fenty Beauty, SavagexFenty and Fenty.

The well-appointed ensuite spa bathroom has a dramatic stone floors and textured cabinets.

This guestroom has enviable views through the steel French doors: the treetop effect makes it akin to sleeping in a tropical luxury hotel.

A beachy sisal rug picks up the tropical vibe of the bamboo stand that flourishes outside this guest bedroom window. A chanelled headboard is a luxe addition.
