The dynamic duo created a space that is inspired by Montreal, Québec. “The glamour comes from all the beautiful, shiny materials applied throughout the project that give a sense of city, of metropolis.”

While the interior of this double tower project is designed with grace and elegance, the skybridge is a highlight not to be missed! This exterior feature connects the towers’ common areas providing a glimpse of the sophisticated interior, while offering a panoramic view of the city.
Did you know: The towers are connected by the highest suspended skybridge ever built in Québec, creating a refined space with terraces and luxe furniture!
The view is undoubtedly a top feature of Maestria’s design. You’ll see how it inspired the interior, reflecting the art and history that make up the city. BlazysGérard took inspiration from the Montreal cityscape and culture, like “the Montreal Metro system and its architectural language, rich in futuristic modernist details.”

Black and metallic details are used throughout the buildings to create the ultimate luxury experience. A “mix of details, scale, color and materials” gives each space a unique look with the contemporary details carrying throughout for an effortless flow.

The opulent penthouses in Maestria are designed with luxurious finishes, never-ending skyline views and 11 feet of natural light creating a timeless design. BlazysGérard likes the “sense of familiarity and nostalgia” the aesthetic offers. The designers note how this design is “actually quite sustainable, as we’ve been living with it for decades and cannot get enough of it!”
