Trevor Noah Lists His Sleek $30M Bel Air Home

After less than a year, talk show host and comedian Trevor Noah’s extravagant Bel Air mansion is back on the market for a whopping $30 million. The Emmy-winning host’s modern 11,375 square-foot home — equipped with six bedrooms and nine-and-a-half baths — is sure to make you smile. Floor-to-ceiling walls of glass with ocean and mountain views means there’s no shortage of beautiful vistas, or over-the-top amenities, from a sauna under the pool to an outdoor kitchen and gym. Scroll down to tour this sleek luxury home!

This modern Bel Air structure is composed of three white and windowless cubes in the front with floor-to-ceiling windows out back. It was designed by Mark Rios as a personal residence for him and his husband.

This living room, which opens to an outdoor bar and kitchen, has wide-plank oak floors from Germany.

A glass-encased elevator leads up to the gourmet kitchen featuring a contrast of dark wood cabinetry and full marble walls.

Expansive windows provide stunning views of the treetops and lush foliage.

You’ll find a stylish timber-clad library at the top of the stairs, with backlit shelves to display collectibles and objects.

The principal suite has huge windows to filter in the California sun and show off the L.A. skyline. There are four additional ensuite bedrooms in the house.

Bright and airy, the bathroom boasts a look over Bel Air with a sculptural soaker tub and a glassed-in shower.

A well-lit walk-in closet provides ample storage space, as well as a petite sofa for contemplating the OOTD.

This ensuite is enveloped in marble for a clean, cohesive effect. A tall window floods the room with light.

Home gyms are an absolute necessity for the celeb set; this one has retractable sliding windows to let the fresh air in.

The home’s Japanese-style spa — complete with a wooden tub, sauna and massage room — is located under the pool and provides the ideal space for relaxation.

The outdoor kitchen is set with bar stools overlooking the infinity edge pool, while velvety grass is a soft, natural counterpoint to the home’s precise cube-like construction.

A variety of palms and wall of greenery thrives near the 15-by-60-foot infinity-edge pool.

A fire pit and sofas make the perfect al fresco lounge on a breezy evening. The top of the kitchen even serves as a compact, private balcony for sunning.

The outdoor kitchen (equipped with a large screen) and bar overlooking rolling valleys is an entertainer’s dream.

A comfortable tiered screening room opens up to an outdoor lounge area, the perfect spot to debrief after a movie.
