Apple And Honey Galette Recipe
Step 1: Lay out pie dough on a baking sheet and top with brie, brown sugar, sliced almonds and cinnamon.
Step 2: Cover the cheese layer with the sliced apples (fanned out, peeling optional)
Step 3: Dot the top with butter, drizzle with honey and pinch the edges to form a crust
Step 4: Bake at 350°F for 20 – 25 minutes, until golden. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
