Buttery Parsleyed Rice Recipe

Step 1: Combine rice, salt and water in a large pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and cook 20 minutes, or until tender.
Step 2: Remove from heat, top with butter, cover again and let stand 5 minutes. Add parsley and stir very well to combine.
