Chocolate Peanut Wafers RecipeThis is such a cheat, but it works perfectly every time. It’s almost as if the familiar Eat-More candy bars were made to be turned into these florentine-like crispy confections! Enjoy them on their own or use them to decorate bowls of ice cream. The wafers will keep for a week in a sealed container.
1 Hershey’s Eat-More candy bar (will make 8 wafers, or 2 will make 16 wafers)
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Slice the Eat-More candy bar into eight 3/4"-wide pieces. Place them at least 3" apart on the baking sheet. Bake on middle rack of the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
