Eric Vellend’s Famous Coleslaw
This crunchy, mayo-free coleslaw plays a refreshing foil to an earthy burger.
Yield: Serves 8
- To make dressing, whisk together all ingredients in small bowl.
- To make slaw, combine red wine vinegar and onion in large mixing bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and dressing. Mix. Mound in serving bowl.
