Honeyed Carrots Recipe

Honey, a traditional Rosh Hashanah ingredient, sweetens up fresh carrots. Serve this easy vegetable side dish at your next holiday dinner. H&H photo assistant Jackie Goodlin supplied us with this easy-to-follow family recipe.
Ingredients

3 tbsp melted butter
4 cups sliced carrots
3 tbsp orange juice
1 large piece of fresh ginger
4 tbsp honey

Directions

Step 1: Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and cook over a low heat for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
