Lady Godzilla Drink Recipe

A Japanese twist on the classic mojito.

4-5 fresh mint leaves
1/4 oz. umeshu
1-1/2 oz. silver tequila
1 oz. melon liqueur
1/4 oz. lemon juice
Fresh mint sprig for garnish


Step 1: Muddle mint leaves with umeshu in a mixing glass.

Step 2: Add tequila, melon liqueur, and lemon juice and shake with ice.

Step 3: Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with mint sprig.
