Morningstar Smoothie

Recipe: Marina Cortese

Chef Marina Cortese, of Toronto restaurant Oats & Ivy, shares her Morningstar Smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of cashew butter
  • 1 cup banana
  • 2 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp of maca powder
  • 1 tsp of lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp of organic maple syrup
  • 1 cup of cashew milk or water

Directions

Yield: Serves 1

  1.  Blend ingredients with ice until smooth.
