Chef Marina Cortese, of Toronto restaurant Oats & Ivy, shares her Morningstar Smoothie recipe.
- 1 tbsp of cashew butter
- 1 cup banana
- 2 tbsp of hemp seeds
- 1 tsp of maca powder
- 1 tsp of lucuma powder
- 1 tsp of organic maple syrup
- 1 cup of cashew milk or water
Directions Yield: Serves 1
- Blend ingredients with ice until smooth.
