Nik’s Hot Chocolate Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: Heat the homogenized milk with the heavy cream.

Step 2: Melt in the semi-sweet chocolate and the milk chocolate.

Step 3: Add 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Step 4: Top with whipping cream.

Ingredients

16 cups homogenized milk
4 cups heavy cream
2 bags semi-sweet chocolate
2 bags milk chocolate
1 tsp cinnamon
Whipping cream

Directions
